advice to do和doing怎么区分啊？

在英语中，我们一般说advice doing(建议做某事），和sdvice sb to do(建议某人去做某事)，但是不能说advice to do。比如He adviced me to read this book. 他建议我去读一下这本书。还有I advice reading English aloud every morning.我建议每天早上大声朗读英语。
